You can check our prices at any time on our website. Once you complete the booking form on our homepage, the price of your transfer will be calculated automatically and will be the total cost of your journey.
Simply fill in all the required information on our booking page and, in the final step of the form, choose one of the two payment options: credit/debit card or PayPal. You will automatically receive an email with your booking number and details.
We accept online payments via PayPal or credit card. If you prefer to pay upon arrival, our drivers have credit and debit card payment devices available.
A representative from C.B.A. LOS TRANSFERS will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals area holding a sign with your name on it. If you have any trouble finding the driver, please call the 24-hour phone number provided in your booking confirmation, and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
After the flight arrives, the driver will wait for 60 minutes. After this time, if there is no notice, the driver will leave the airport.
If you are delayed due to late luggage or for any other reason, please contact our office using the 24-hour phone number provided in your booking confirmation to ensure the driver is informed and can continue waiting for you.
If your flight is delayed, don’t worry — our drivers monitor flights through the airport information screens, and our computer system is also equipped with applications that track incoming and outgoing flights.
However, if you are notified that your flight will be delayed by more than 2 hours, please call our 24-hour phone service listed in your booking confirmation to make sure we are aware of the delay.
If your flight is canceled, please call our 24-hour customer service number listed in your booking confirmation as soon as possible to reschedule your transfer and ensure there are no additional charges.
You will normally need to present your booking voucher. Our driver has an application on their tablet where your reservation is recorded, and you will be asked to sign it.
We cannot guarantee the exact type of vehicle you will travel in. However, depending on the number of passengers in your group, the most suitable available vehicle will be assigned.
Our goal is to take you to your destination as quickly and safely as possible. The driver will take you directly to your accommodation.
However, in some cases (for example, due to gated communities), we may not be able to drop you off right at your destination. In that case, we will leave you as close as possible.
Yes, we provide baby seats and booster seats. However, when making your booking, please indicate the total number of passengers and children who require adapted seats.
Please note that the use of these seats is free of charge and mandatory in Spain for minors.
Each passenger is entitled to one suitcase and standard hand luggage. If you are traveling with excess luggage (golf bags, bicycles, large suitcases, etc.), please inform us when making your booking in the comments section.
No problem. Select the city you are traveling to and, instead of the street name, simply write “to be confirmed.” As soon as you have the missing information, send it to us and we will add it to your booking form. If you receive this information at the last minute, simply inform the driver, and they will confirm the address and take you to your destination.
We offer the option to book a vehicle specially adapted for passengers with reduced mobility. This service is only available for private transfers of 1 to 5 people, including passengers traveling in wheelchairs.
Please remember to inform us of your need for this type of vehicle when making your booking.
No, all our transfers are completely private. Please remember to indicate the total number of passengers at the time of booking so the correct vehicle can be selected for your transfer.
